How this site handles your information

The free calculator

The figures you type into the public calculator are processed in your own browser to display an indicative score. They are not transmitted to Limitless and we cannot see them. This site does not use analytics or advertising trackers on the calculator.

If you send us an enquiry

When you submit the enquiry form, we receive the details you provide — your name, company, work email, the service you are interested in, and the indicative score shown at that moment. This is delivered to our business inbox through Web3Forms, a form-delivery service, solely so we can respond to you. Your underlying financial figures are not included.

Marketing

We contact you about our services only where you have ticked the consent box; consent is optional and separate from receiving a reply to your enquiry.

Client workspaces

In the current version, workspace data you enter after signing in is stored in your own browser on your device (demo mode). When hosted client accounts are enabled, workspace data will be stored in our Supabase database with row-level security so that each account can access only its own records; this notice will be updated at that time.

Documents

This version does not accept uploads of audited financial statements, payroll files or other sensitive documents.

Hosting

The site is served by Netlify. Standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) may be processed by the hosting provider to deliver the site.

Visit counting

Public pages use GoatCounter, a privacy-friendly analytics service: it counts page views in aggregate, sets no cookies and stores no personal identifiers. The client workspace is not tracked.
